Before tutoring, I taught maths and physics for six years in a Nottingham secondary school and marked GCSE papers for an exam board. Lessons follow a simple pattern: ten minutes of last week’s homework, a new idea with worked examples, then exam questions in timed conditions. Parents get a short note after every lesson.
